Sea & Air Senior Scout and Rover Scout
Big badges for senior scouts and the small one for rover scouts. All badges used by malaysian air and sea scouts during 1960s and probably up to early 1970s. The badges are high award before King Scout for air scouts and sea scouts. For land scouts the equavalent is the leather landyard called bushman thong.
